EUROAVIA Paris at the Annual Congress in Bucharest: discover the biggest event of the European network
From 20 to 26 April 2026, Bucharest hosted the EUROAVIA Annual Congress. It is the most important event of the year for the whole network. Are you interested in aviation, student associations or international projects? Then this event is for you.
What is the Annual Congress?
Every year, the local groups of EUROAVIA from all over Europe meet to look back at the past year and to decide the future of the association. It is the official moment when each local group can give its opinion and vote.
Some important decisions are taken there. For example, the members elect the new international board, and they decide if new cities can join the association.
A full and useful week
During the congress, the days are busy: there are debates, presentations and elections. You learn how a European association works, and you take part in it.
The congress is also a place to meet people. There are welcome evenings and social moments after the sessions. They are a good chance to talk with delegations from all over Europe and to build strong connections.
Why take part in the next Annual Congress?
- You will understand how a European student network works.
- You will take part in decisions about the future of the association.
- You will meet students from many countries who share your passion for aviation.
- You will develop skills that are useful for a future engineer: speaking in public, working in a team and working in an international environment.
